Six credit-based AI features. Cash Flow Forecast predicts inflows and outflows from open invoices plus scheduled expenses. Payment Behavior Analysis profiles a customer's payment patterns. Each external platform fires a JWT-authenticated webhook into Inzo. Lio "Deal Won" creates a draft billing invoice with customer and line items pre-filled, auto-creating the customer if they don't exist. Taro "Project Completed" and "Milestone Completed" each draft an invoice with project context. Revo "Document Signed" creates a draft invoice from the contract terms. When you send a Lio-sourced invoice, a confirm modal asks whether to log the activity back to Lio.
Yes. Subscription invoices support weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and custom intervals. On each cycle date the system auto-generates a full billing invoice and emails the customer. Start dates, optional end dates, and active/inactive toggles are all configurable per subscription. Late fee rules apply to recurring invoices the same way they apply to one-offs. Recurring revenue surfaces on the dashboard.
Real double-entry GL. Every financial event — invoice sent, payment recorded, bill opened, expense approved — auto-posts an immutable journal entry with debit and credit accounts. Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, and per-account ledger update the moment the event fires. Journal entries are reversible for corrections, never deletable, with full audit trail. Every report number drills down to the source row that built it.
Upload a PDF, an image, or a scanned receipt to the bill creation modal. The OCR service extracts vendor name, date, every line item with quantities and rates, taxes, totals. You review the extracted structure, fix anything off, save. The bill then enters the AP chain as a real bill with full line-item detail — not a single-line summary. Same flow works for paper receipts and emailed invoices.
Most teams are live the same day. Configure org profile (currency, timezone, logo), set up tax rates and payment terms templates, build your product or service catalog, import customers and vendors via CSV. Connect Lio, Taro, and Revo with a single OAuth handshake each. New email domains auto-provision an org with default Admin and Employee roles seeded.
