Connect what
How it works

From scattered tools to a connected stack in 4 steps

Connect your sources with a secure sign in. Real data flows in from GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush and Bing.

1

Connect Sources

Connect your sources, no copy paste setup

Authorise each source with a single secure sign in. No CSV exports, no uploads. Search Console, Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush and Bing each connect, then refresh automatically.

Ranko Does Its Work

Clusters, plans, scores, calendars

The data feeds the rest of Ranko. Topic Planner uses Search Console performance and the Ahrefs and Semrush landscape. Topic Clusters lean on page performance. Opportunity Score reads the live picture.

Why Teams Choose RANKO

Six reasons your stack finally works as one

Once a team can pull real data from the tools they use and push briefs to the writing, manual reconciliation stops.

The data is real, not exported from yesterday

The data is real, not exported from yesterday

Every Ranko decision is grounded in what your sources report now. The Search Console performance and the Ahrefs position are always current.

Your existing tools stay your existing tools

Your existing tools stay your existing tools

Your Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush and Bing accounts stay where they are. Ranko reads, never overwrites. Adopt in week one.

Briefs land where the writers already work

Briefs land where the writers already work

If the team writes in Notion, the brief lands in Notion. If in Google Docs, it lands there. No new platform, no copying briefs between tools.

Calendars sync to your existing project tracker

Calendars sync to your existing project tracker

The calendar pushes to Asana, ClickUp, Trello or Linear with the brief attached, assignee set, deadline configured. No second calendar to maintain.

Drift between systems quietly stops

Two systems with no live connection disagree by Thursday. Live connections mean Ranko, Notion, ClickUp and Analytics 4 always agree.

Adopting Ranko costs zero migrations

Adopting Ranko costs zero migrations

The most expensive part of adopting a tool is moving everything to it. Ranko's import and export coverage means nothing to migrate.

Import Layer

GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Bing

Five direct imports cover the SEO and analytics stack most teams run. Search Console for queries. Analytics 4 for traffic. Ahrefs and Semrush for keywords. Bing too. All refresh.

Features

Everything the integration layer ships with

A complete connectivity toolkit in your AEO platform. Five imports, six exports, secure sign in.

Google Search Console Import

Live performance from the property you configured: queries, clicks, impressions, average position, changes over time.

Google Analytics 4 Import

Real traffic and conversion data feeding into Ranko from your Analytics 4 property. Engagement and audience signals flow in too.

Ahrefs and Semrush Import

The keyword landscape, backlinks, competitor positions and SERP visibility you pay for flows into Ranko through existing accounts.

Bing Webmaster Import

Bing powers ChatGPT search and Microsoft's cited sources. Bing Webmaster data flows in alongside Google, covering both halves.

Notion and Google Docs Export

Briefs push into the workspace writers live in. Notion pages with the full brief, linking targets, article type and pillar attached.

Project Tracker Export

Tasks push to Asana, ClickUp, Trello or Linear with the brief attached and deadline set. Plus Google Sheets for a portable view.

Questions & answers

Everything you need to know

Common questions on what each source pulls, what each destination gets, sync timing and security.

Each source feeds Ranko the data the team would see if they opened that tool. Search Console contributes queries, clicks, impressions and average position. Analytics 4 contributes traffic, conversions and engagement. Ahrefs and Semrush contribute the keyword landscape, backlinks, competitor positions and SERP features. Bing contributes its Search Console equivalents. Every data point traces to a source the team trusts.
Each destination gets the artefact that matches its purpose. Notion and Google Docs receive briefs as ready to write documents: pillar, supports, article type, linking targets and the questions to answer. Asana, ClickUp, Trello and Linear receive tasks with the brief attached and deadline set. Google Sheets receives the calendar as a portable view. Every export is a complete artefact in the native shape.
Imports refresh continuously in the background: Search Console, Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush and Bing all daily. Exports run on demand: push a brief to Notion and it appears immediately, push a task to Linear and it shows up in the next sync. The team never triggers a refresh, and the data in Ranko is always what landed at the last cycle, which the dashboard timestamps explicitly.
Ranko keeps working from the most recent data it has and flags the situation in the dashboard. If Search Console has a temporary outage, the queries and positions Ranko shows are from the last successful refresh, with a timestamp and a note that the source is unavailable. The same applies to every source, so the team is never guessing whether the data is current. When the source returns, the refresh resumes automatically.
The imports are read only by design: Ranko reads from your source tools, never writes to them. Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush and Bing are systems of record the team trusts to stay unchanged, and Ranko's job is to be a careful reader. The exports are the inverse: Ranko writes to Notion, the trackers and Sheets, where the team works on the output. Read from the systems of record, write to the systems of work.
Every connection uses each platform's official secure sign in flow with the minimum permissions required. The team grants Ranko read access to the source tools and write access to the destinations through standard authorisation. No credentials are stored in Ranko, no passwords change hands, and the team can revoke any connection with one click. Connections are encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest.
